Strength & Performance
Dialled In Coaching gets you out on the bike 10 times over winter, riding all trail conditions to make sure you’re confident and comfortable when racing season starts. Ben from The Strength Factory provides a full off-season strength and fitness program to build power, endurance, and control both on and off the bike.

Technique & Setup
Sessions focus on refining your riding technique, mastering race pacing, and staying comfortable under timed conditions. We’ll also ensure your bike setup is "dialled-in" for multiple race tracks. Select sessions use the Freelap timing system to provide actionable data for tracking progress.

Strategy & Mindset
Winning isn’t just about speed - it’s about strategy and mental edge. You’ll develop your race head, improve pre-race routines, manage nerves, and learn when to push or hold back. Ride with a supportive group of like-minded riders, building friendships and a motivating environment that pushes everyone forward.

When you join the Race Program you will access all of my knowledge on how to efficiently & systematilcaly work to increase consitency, speed and fitness. To achieve these goals you will build through a structured program in a group of like minded, dedicated riders.
